Florida Marriage License By Mail

If you would like to obtain your marriage license and avoid making time to go to the Clerk of County Court, or if you won't be arriving in time to pick up your license, then Pastor Heath Weddings' Florida Marriage License By Mail is perfect for you!   

Our Florida Marriage License by Mail service allows you to secure your marriage license before the wedding, so you have one less thing for you to think about on your special day!  Use our Florida Marriage License By Mail service if… 

• You're traveling to Florida and won't have time to get to the Clerk's Office in time 
• You don't want to deal with going to a Clerk's Office 
• You and your fiancé are both busy and don't have time to get to the Clerk's Office during business hours.  

With our Florida Marriage License By Mail service, we'll secure your marriage license prior to the wedding, so you don't have to!  

*Please note: This is for a Florida Marriage License only. 

*Please note: We cannot apply for the Marriage License by Mail until we're within 60-days of your ceremony. 

Once complete, you will be given a 5-digit code. Save this 5-digit code and email it to Heath@PastorHeathWeddings.com.  

We will then forward you the Florida Marriage License with further instructions.

#1. Print out your marriage license. (You will receive this from us via email.)

• Please use 'Black Ink' only on 8.5″ x 11″ white paper.
• Make sure your notary stamps are in the left margin – to the left of where you sign. (Show them the example we forward to you with your marriage license and instructions.)
• If you are within the Tampa Bay Area, we can come to you and notarize it.
• And we must receive your completed marriage license documents at least 7-days before your wedding ceremony. 

#2. Print and sign the "Pre-Marital Statement," which will be included in our email to you. 

• The "Pre-Marital Statement" does NOT need to be notarized. 

#3. After you have the marriage license notarized, mail all the signed forms back to us.
